By purchasing and/or downloading the 2nd Shooter Agreement templates ("Templates") from Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd, you ("Licensee") agree to comply with the terms of this License Agreement ("Agreement").
Grant of License
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates according to the terms set forth below.
Permitted Uses

Personal Business: Licensee may adapt the Templates for their own personal business use in organizing collaborations with secondary shooters.

Client Work: Licensee may adapt the Templates to create agreements for clients who require 2nd Shooter Agreements.
Restrictions

No Resale or Redistribution: Licensee may not sell, distribute, or transfer the Templates or derivatives thereof to any third party.

No Sub-licensing: Licensee may not sub-license the Templates or any adaptations of the Templates.
Ownership and Copyright
The Templates are owned by Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. Licensee shall not claim copyright or ownership of the Templates or any derivative works thereof.
Limitation of Liability
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Templates. [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Templates.
Termination
Failure to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement will result in the immediate termination of this license.
Governing Law
