License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
By purchasing and/or downloading the "Contract - Wedding Photography" ("Contract") from Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd, you ("Licensee") agree to comply with the terms set forth in this License Agreement ("Agreement").
Grant of License
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Contract for the Licensee's own business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Permitted Uses
- Personal Business Use: Licensee may adapt the Contract for their own personal business use in organizing collaborations with clients for wedding photography services.
Restrictions

No Resale or Redistribution: Licensee may not sell, distribute, or transfer the Contract or any adapted versions thereof to any third party.

No Sub-licensing: Licensee may not sub-license the Contract or any adaptations thereof.

Limitation of Use: The Contract is for your own business use and should not be used as a legal advice tool. Consult a legal professional for specific guidance.
Ownership and Copyright
The Contract is the property of Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. The Licensee shall not claim copyright or ownership of the Contract or any derivative works created using the Contract.
Limitation of Liability
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage related to the Licensee's use of the Contract, whether from errors, omissions, or any other cause. The Contract is provided "as-is" without any warranties, either express or implied.
Termination
This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Contract.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing and/or downloading the Contract, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying legal disclaimer.
