License Agreement
By purchasing the "Contract - Wedding Photography" hereafter referred to as the "Product," you are granted a non-exclusive license to utilise the provided contract template for your photography services. Please read this license agreement carefully before using the Product.
Scope of Use: The Product is intended solely for your professional use as a photographer providing lifestyle and portrait photography services. You are authorized to customize, modify, and adapt the contract template to suit the specific terms of your photography projects.
Permitted Usage: You may use the Product to create contracts for your clients in the field of lifestyle and portrait photography. You can print the contracts, provide them electronically, or use them in any other appropriate format for your business operations.
Prohibited Actions:
- You are prohibited from reselling, distributing, or sharing the Product or any derivative works based on it.
- You cannot claim ownership or authorship of the original Product template.
- You may not use the Product for any purposes other than for your photography services.
Ownership and Copyright: The Product template, including all intellectual property rights, remains the sole property of Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd. The template is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
Limitation of Liability: The Product is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
Termination: This license is effective until terminated by either party. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.
Governing Law: This license agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understood its contents, and agreed to be bound by its terms and conditions.
