This Digital License Agreement provides customers with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use digital images from the photographer's online galleries.
Customers can use these images for personal and commercial use, with attribution to the photographer, as stipulated in the agreement.
This agreement also outlines what is not allowed, such as reselling or redistributing the images. By purchasing the digital images, customers are agreeing to the terms of this license.

License Agreement
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By purchasing and/or downloading the Digital License Agreement Template and accompanying installation instructions for Pixieset ("Template"), you ("Licensee") agree to comply with the terms set forth in this License Agreement ("Agreement").
Grant of License
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for their own online galleries, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Permitted Uses
- Business Use: Licensee may adapt and use the Template solely for the operation of their own online galleries to grant permissions for the use of digital images.
Restrictions

No Resale or Redistribution: Licensee may not sell, distribute, or transfer the Template or any adapted versions thereof to any third party.

No Sub-licensing: Licensee may not grant sub-licenses for the use of the Template or any adaptations.

No Legal Advice: The Template is not a substitute for professional legal advice. Licensee is advised to consult a qualified legal professional for specific guidance.
Ownership and Copyright
The Template is copyrighted material owned by Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd. Licensee shall not claim ownership or copyright of the Template or any derivative works created using the Template.
Limitation of Liability
Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage related to Licensee's use of the Template, whether from errors, omissions, or any other cause. The Template is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Termination
This license will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Template.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing and/or downloading the Template, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying legal disclaimer.
