Ownership and Copyright

Fox & Wildling Photography Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage related to the Licensee's use of the Template, whether from errors, omissions, or any other cause. The Template is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

This license will terminate automatically if Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Template.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing and/or downloading the Template, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying legal disclaimer.
